BUILDING WEALTH WITH REAL ESTATE

If you are not familiar with the geography of 'The Valley of The Sun' (Phoenix Metropolitan area), maybe this will help.  Phoenix is the hub around which over 20 communities have grown. Collectively they are known as the “Valley of the Sun”, appropriately nicknamed for the average 300 days of sunshine we receive each year.
Chandler is Southeast of Phoenix, Scottsdale is  East and North and actually borders Phoenix in some spots. Gilbert is East and South, Mesa is East , Tempe is East, Awhatukee is South and Glendale is Northwest. Additionally, Fountain Hills is Northeast, Paradise Valley is North, Gold Canyon is East, Queen Creek is East and South. ADOT and the individual cities provide an ever growing Highway system that make  travel convenient.
Frank has helped families buy and sell homes in almost every city in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and has dedicated himself to becoming a neighborhood expert to every one of his clients.

Life in the 'Valley of theSun'
The Phoenix Metropolitan area is one of the top five fastest growing areas in the nation providing warm weather, great employment opportunities and plenty of year around free time activities. Nearly 35,000 surface acres of lakes are within a short driving distance of the Metro area offering boating, fishing, water skiing, and swimming. Trailered boats are a common sight along the Valley’s thoroughfares. In fact, Phoenix boasts the highest per capita boat ownership in the nation. For the golf enthusiast there are over 180 golf courses in the area. A series of mountain ranges encircle the Valley, creating a recreational mecca for hikers, campers, horseback riders, bicyclists and picnickers. Just a few hours north of the city you can enjoy the cool pines, large, blue lakes, and major snow-skiing facilities of the San Francisco Peaks. And, of course, don’t forget the majestic Grand Canyon.
Culture abounds and if you are interested in learning the History of any local community there are fabulous Museums painstakingly outfitted with the best antique pieces representing life in the past. Volunteers are enthusiastic and love to share their expertise along with Staff who manage these Historical wonders.
State of the art Music and Enertainment venues are a short distance from any part of the Valley of the Sun. Chandler Center for the Performing Arts has just begun a major renovation that will bring an already popular entertainment site up to state of the art  standards. Glendale features a huge indoor entertainment complex which has hosted everything from music concerts & sporting events to Circ de Soile! Tempe Center for the Arts and Mesa Arts Center  are both very new and certainly popular to concert goers and Art gallery lovers. Scottsdale's Art Mall is unique as it hosts regular indoor/outdoor activities in conjunction with the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and Scottsdale Public Art. Fountain Hills is host to a very popular yearly Art Festival that draws hundreds  of artists and thousands of visitios over a 3 day weekend. Local theater productions draw out the actor in many. There is no shortage of opportunity for those talented individuals from 3 to 93. All levals of actors can find a theater home here, there are many large and small production companies available.
If it’s major sports you’re looking for Phoenix is home to the Arizona Diamondbacks major league baseball team, the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, WNBA Phoenix Mercury, hockey’s Phoenix Coyotes, the Arizona Cardinals NFL football team, the PGA’s FBR Phoenix Open, LPGA’s Safeway International, and Phoenix International Raceway’s Checker Auto Parts 500.

Being a large metropolitan area, you can find great cuisine, and plenty of opportunities for entertainment including art and music festivals, performing arts, cultural activities, major museums, science centers, and major concerts.

If you’re considering a move and are looking for an experienced Arizona City real estate professional, consider contacting Frank Hanson. Thank you for visiting.
